Linsco is looking for a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Administrator to work in a head office for one of our reputable clients based in Derby, DE24.
Ideal candidates will be organized, with good attention to detail, and required to carry out general administrative duties. Previous experience on COINS or a similar system would be advantageous.
Responsibilities include:
1. Processing purchase invoices
2. Reconciling supplier statements
3. Assisting with month-end procedures
We are ideally looking for someone for 16-24 hours a week. Hours are flexible, and can be arranged to fit around commitments, with options for 2-3 long days a week or 4-5 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
