Job summary Are you an organised and compassionate administrator looking for a rewarding role in mental health services? Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is enhancing its mental health crisis response provision with new investment, and we are forming a dedicated Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) to provide intensive home treatment as a true alternative to hospital admission. We are seeking a Call Handler to play a key role in establishing and maintaining safe and effective administrative processes within this vital service. Main duties of the job The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the CRHTT. Manage diaries, arrange appointments and meetings, prepare papers, and take/distribute minutes as required. Handle correspondence, telephone calls, and emails in a professional, confidential, and sensitive manner. Respond appropriately to calls, which may include distressed patients or carers, as well as urgent queries from professionals.
