Content Manager - The Company
My client is a high growth Series B prop tech scale up whose mission is to provide the best renting experience in the world. Like all scale-ups, it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 customers using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ people across the business supporting the mission. We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Content Manager to join our Marketing team.
Content Manager - The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Content Manager to join the Marketing department. You will manage our blog and employ our tone-of-voice in every project you do, whether you’re writing a one-pager, an email, or a roller banner.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Content Marketing Manager as well as the Demand Generation and Design teams. You’ll also work closely with key Product owners and department heads to produce resonant content.
The day-to-day stuff:
* Write, edit, and upload titles from our content marketing plan
* Conduct interviews with industry thought leaders and internal subject matter experts
* Manage and develop our newsletter, focusing on delivering value and reinforcing customer relationships
* Oversee the creation, maintenance, and distribution of the monthly Rental Index and develop relationships with the Data team
* Work with the Account Management and Sales teams to create compelling case studies that support business priorities
* Keep up-to-date with the latest lettings news coverage - reporting it back to the business and identifying stories
* Help the Senior Content Marketing Manager with reporting and any other administrative or editorial tasks
* Provide editorial assistance to other stakeholders across the business, when required
* Proven experience in B2B content marketing, with a solid understanding of SEO
* Demonstrable experience creating content with unique angles: You have a knack for creating content with strong, original perspectives that stand out on whatever channel you’re leveraging.
* Experience in creating and managing social media campaigns to support content distribution.
* Have a multi-channel approach so that you understand how to leverage a range of distribution channels
* Strong analytical skills to measure and optimise content performance
