As a Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent guest experience. A Food and Beverage Manager will also be required to manage train and develop team members and work within All Accor budgeted guidelines. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Manage all Food and Beverage operations in our fastpaced restaurant and bars
* Operate functions from 10300 guests supervising room set ups customer service and upselling opportunities.
* Ensure compliance of brand standards in service and F&B quality
* Recruit manage and train the F&B team (approx. 20 including 4 supervisors).
* Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
* Play a leading role in Duty Manager shifts and training new DMs
* Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food Liquor Costs and Payroll
* Set departmental targets and objectives work schedules budgets and policies and procedures
* Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team

Qualifications :
Rooms and Wedding experience is mandatory.
Past Restauarant / Bar launches is desirable.
