At Laing O'Rourke we are looking for a Travel and Expenses Administrator who has a methodical and organised approach to prioritise workload. The role of the Travel and Expenses administrator is to manage calls and emails in relation to travel, expenses and allowance related queries.
What will the role look like?
* Load details of queries into IT service system, categorise appropriately and re-route to appropriate functional teams for resolution.
* Utilisation of the expense tool for re-routing and changing approvers in line with management changes and absences.
* Reporting of logged calls by categorisation.
* Monitor travel desk booking system for hotel and travel requests.
* All travel and hotels booked within policy, all exceptions to be approved.
* Identify potential travel savings through use of travel booking tools and websites.
* Maintain travel booking spreadsheet with live booking data.
* Customer support.
