What you’ll be doing:
As the Director of eCommerce (UK) reporting to Maelle (Deputy CEO), you’ll be the driving force behind Noli’s commercial success in the UK market. You’ll own all commercial and sales aspects, from pricing and promotions to brand partnerships and trade and merchandising. If you’ve got 8+ years of experience in eCommerce within fast-moving startups, you’re a data-driven, growth-focused leader, and you know how to optimize every corner of an online store — this is your dream role.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Lead Noli’s commercial strategy: From pricing, promotions, trading plan, merchandising, to product assortment, you’ll develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, conversion, and AOV.
2. Own brand partnerships: Identify, onboard, and negotiate with top beauty brands (including L'Oréal!) to create an exclusive, competitive product lineup.
3. Maximise site performance: Oversee eMerchandising, product content, and promotions to increase engagement and user conversion.
4. Drive performance: Analyse KPIs, run A/B tests, and provide actionable insights to optimise performance across the board.
5. Lead & inspire the team: Build, mentor, and manage a small but mighty team of eCommerce rockstars.

What Our Ideal Hire Looks Like:
1. Location: Must be based in London - Hybrid 3+ days in office.
2. Experience: Extensive experience in e-Commerce in a B2C startup/scale-up. You’ve worked with category management, pricing strategy, and promotions to drive growth.
3. UK eCommerce: You’ve got deep knowledge of UK eCommerce landscape, and consumer behaviour. Having experience in Beauty E-Retails is highly desirable but not essential.
4. eMerchandising: You’re an expert in eMerchandising and commercial relationships, and know how to negotiate and execute!
5. Startup Savvy: You’ve been at the heart of rapid growth (<100 people) at an early-stage company and know how to juggle multiple projects while delivering results.
