2. Take personal ownership of customer queries, providing updates and resolutions that exceed expectations.
3. Facilitate communication between customers and operational teams, ensuring efficient work order execution.
4. Provide essential documentation such as operation and maintenance manuals, certificates, and warranties at the point of installation.
