On behalf of the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority, First Choice is recruiting a Support Officer. The successful candidate for this post will support the Office of Chair and Chief Executive in the administration and offer guidance to service users, patients, members of the general public and whistleblowers from health and social care. The duties include responding to incoming calls received (collating, recording and storing information), escalate further action or areas of concern to safeguarding, create and maintain rotas, absences and manage mailboxes, provide administrative support for meetings. This role will be based in Belfast City Centre, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm 37.5 hours per week. The rate of pay will be £12.86 per hour and will start immediately. This is a temporary position expected to last a minimum of 6 months.
