The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of the business world. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, inspiring them to achieve their best and develop a lifelong love of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Business lessons that cater to the needs of all students
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school's Business curriculum
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the overall student experience
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Degree in Business or a related field
* Proven experience teaching Business at the secondary school level
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
* A-level teaching experience
