A Typical Day in the Job: Password resets for clients Working on a ticketing system to resolve IT issues Providing technology support via email, over the phone and video calls Investigate, diagnose and resolve IT issues Involved with installing, configuring and upgrading hardware internally Opportunity to maintain/upgrade the internal network system Install and upgrade software virtually for clients Maintain client's databases and manage access Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
