Sales Strategy & Execution : Lead the creation and implementation of a strategic business plan for offshore wind energy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching goals. Drive the achievement of sales objectives and growth targets within the sector. Market Identification & Opportunity Pursuit : Identify new market opportunities and trends, defining actionable routes to market. Develop and execute targeted plans to meet the specific needs and expectations of customers in the offshore wind space. Pipeline Management & Deal Closure : Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, collaborating closely with key account managers to identify potential projects, drive proposals, and ensure successful deal closures. Regularly track and report on sales performance. Strategic Leadership : Play a central role in shaping the company’s leadership strategy and contribute to the overall strategic direction. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with a solid commercial focus. Ability to manage and drive business initiatives with energy and decisiveness.
