Relevant Experience:
* Relevant degree qualification and MRICS Chartered status.
* Extensive survey experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Experience in client management and contract administration.
* Advising on design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of residential and commercial properties.
* Ability to carry out building and measured surveys.
Communication and Commercial Awareness:
* High level of communication skills and commercial awareness, which are crucial for client interaction.
Analytical and Managerial Skills:
* Analytical mind and high level of intellect.
* Experience in managing teams or projects.
