Your Responsibilities:
1. Technical support with help from a 1st line administrator. Areas include mechanical, electrical, and engines (petrol and diesel hybrid) (60%)
2. Design, improve and deliver product training. Could be in person, online, or instructional videos, with support from the team (30%)
3. Manage the parts and warranty process, which is mature, with commercial opportunity (10%)

About you:
1. Technical knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Possibly in an agricultural or automotive dealership, or within a manufacturer.
2. A technical support professional, capable at training, customer-focused
3. Keen to learn and find improvements
4. Able to travel one or two days a week
