As a Fraud Specialist within the First Party Fraud team, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your investigative skills will be essential as you manage and respond to fraud risks, ensuring the protection of our customers and minimizing losses for both the clients and the bank. Your responsibilities will include investigating suspected fraud cases and utilizing your relationship building and problem-solving skills to effectively manage these cases. We offer a variety of shift patterns between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM, 365 days per year.
