Full Time, 37.5 Hours per week, £11.44ph
To ensure smooth and efficient management of customer deliveries by providing exceptional service and accurate administrative support.
This role focuses on coordinating delivery schedules, resolving delivery-related queries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries via phone, email, or online platforms.
Coordinate with delivery drivers, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Investigate and resolve delivery issues, such as delays, damaged goods, or incorrect shipments.
Update customers on delivery statuses, changes, or delays promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate delivery records and update the internal database as needed.
