Head of Sales : M and E Hard Services
My client is one of the UKs leading providers of Mechanical and Electrical and Integrated Facilities Management and Maintenance services, specialists in the provision of tailored and bespoke industry solutions to a varied client base to include Corporate, Commercial, and Healthcare and Retail respectively.
The Head of Sales will implement and deliver sales growth strategy and will develop and lead M and E hard services sales opportunities, both within the current client portfolio and the generation of new clients.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for M and E hard services sales of c1M : c10M i.e. M and E building services maintenance solutions. The Head of Sales will also have an active involvement in the bid management, submissions process and wider sales function.
Candidate Requirements
* Hold qualifications/further training commensurate with the position
* Due to the seniority of the position candidates will be in engaged in a similar position i.e. Head of Sales and/or Business Development Director
* M and E Hard Services experience from a sales and business development prospective is essential
* Candidates that have held senior operations positions i.e. Operations Director within the M and E Building Services and Facilities Management sector prior to moving into a senior sales position and/or would like to return to a senior sales position would be of particular interest due to possessing an operations/commercial background.
* Demonstrate a solid and proven background and track:record in the development and winning of blue:chip, high specification M and E Hard Services contracts.
Salary and Package Information
* GBP65K : GBP70K plus company car
