Area Manager – Leading Nursery Organisation
Location: Midlands (4 settings)

With a remarkable portfolio of over 100 nurseries and ambitious plans to open 30-50 new nurseries in the next 12 months, we are looking for a dynamic Area Manager to lead a cluster of 4 nurseries in the Midlands.

About the Role
As Area Manager, you will:
1. Lead and Inspire: Provide strong leadership and guidance to nursery managers, fostering a culture of excellence and passion for childcare.
2. Drive Standards: Oversee operational effectiveness to achieve outstanding Ofsted ratings and exceed regulatory requirements.
3. Deliver Results: Implement innovative strategies to boost occupancy, enhance staff development, and ensure financial sustainability.
4. Travel and Flexibility: Manage a demanding schedule across your designated nurseries, with regular travel and occasional overnight stays.
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven Expertise: Large single-site or multi-site management experience in nurseries or early years settings.
2. Leadership Skills: A true leader who can inspire teams, mentor managers, and raise standards across all nurseries.
