Be an Injury Hero, working on our front line, taking incoming calls to assist Solicitors, Medical Experts, Medical Suppliers and Claimants by delivering excellent customer service at all times. You will as part of your daily tasks be:
* Responding to calls from customers, clients, and experts regarding a range of sometimes complex issues
* Keeping parties fully updated with the progress of the case and always aiming for first call resolution by taking ownership including any follow up action
* Adhere to agreed call standards, building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and experts.
* Ensuring all complaints are resolved at first point of contact wherever possible or passed to a manager until resolved.
* Updating internal systems and records with accurate notes and information
We will train you to:
* Understand the different services we offer and customer requirements
* Fully understand different case types, processes and litigation process. Confidently navigate through our case management systems to progress the case.
* Operate our systems

This role is Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am to 6pm core hours are 8.30 - 5.00pm. Based in Horwich Bolton.
