Customer Service Coordinator / Order Processor
Salary: £37,100 per annum
Location: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week - Hybrid (4 days in the office & 1 day from home)
Contract: Permanent
Our prestigious global manufacturing client based in Welwyn Garden City is looking to recruit a permanent Customer Service Coordinator / Order Processor.
Role Overview:
This role sits within the direct Customer Services team, ensuring all customer queries and orders are managed effectively, delivering professional, friendly, and efficient Customer Service in line with our client's 'Customer Promise'.
Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing - Processing high volumes of orders accurately with appropriate charges.
2. Work with the customer to ensure orders are dispatched on time and in full.
3. Manage customer expectations proactively via telephone/email.
4. Log customer queries/concerns/complaints in the relevant databases.
5. Raise POs on 3rd party suppliers as needed, ensuring accurate order processing for timely dispatch.
6. Ensure correct procedures are followed when processing transactions.
7. Maintain accurate databases to minimize errors and revenue loss.
Requirements:
1. Previous Customer Service experience is essential.
2. Order processing experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
3. Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Commitment to professional and personal development.
