Your Mission
As a Senior Editorial Strategist, you will shape and execute our content strategy to build brand authority, engage audiences, and drive commercial impact. You will oversee the creation, curation, and management of high-quality content that aligns with business goals while meeting user needs. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our brand voice remains compelling and consistent across all platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with an editorial mindset who can blend creativity with a data-driven approach to optimize content performance.
Your Responsibilities
* Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and brand positioning.
* Editorial Leadership: Guide the content team, ensuring editorial excellence, consistency, and alignment with our brand identity.
* Content Curation & Management: Oversee content production from external and internal contributors, managing briefs, commissioning writers, and maintaining editorial excellence and workflow efficiency.
* Brand Storytelling: Shape narratives that establish thought leadership and resonate with our target audience.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to integrate content into broader GTM strategies.
* Audience Insights & Research: Conduct user research and leverage analytics to refine content strategies and enhance user engagement.
* Content Measurement & Reporting: Define KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize content strategies based on data insights.
Your Story
* You can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our London office twice a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week.
* You have 7 to 10 years of experience in editorial strategy, content marketing, or related fields.
* You have a strong editorial background with experience in content-heavy brands.
* You're a tastemaker with a keen eye for quality content, trends, and cultural shifts.
* You can balance editorial integrity with a commercial mindset, understanding how content impacts brand metrics, engagement, and revenue.
* You have experience working across multiple content formats, including long-form editorial, digital, social, and video.
* You have strong project management skills to manage content workflows, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders.
* You're familiar with content management systems, analytics tools, and SEO best practices.
* You're comfortable collaborating with creative teams, shaping briefs, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
