Join a family-run business as a Probate Representative, where you'll liaise with key organisations to locate, verify, and value estate assets for probate cases.
This is a part-time position, days are flexible, 20 hours per week.

Engage with banks, councils, solicitors, the police, and other institutions to locate assets and financial records.
Obtain valuations of properties, vehicles, investments, and other estate assets for probate purposes.
Request and review financial documents to build a clear picture of an estate's assets and liabilities.
Liaise with legal and financial professionals to ensure compliance with probate requirements.
Manage correspondence and maintain accurate records, ensuring all documentation is organised and up to date.
Coordinate with external services such as estate agents, valuers, and auction houses to arrange valuations and asset sales where necessary.
Ensure probate applications are submitted correctly and all legal obligations are met in a timely manner.What We're Looking For
Experience in probate, financial services, legal administration, or asset management is beneficial but not essential.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with banks, councils, solicitors, and other professionals.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple cases efficiently.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse financial information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
