Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in the Greater Exeter Area. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling clerical tasks, managing phone communications, supporting executive administrative functions, and maintaining efficient communication within the office. Core responsibilities include administration, assistance to a financial advisor, client liaison, organizing files, and providing general administrative support to staff and an Independent financial advisor.
Qualifications
* Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
* Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Executive Administrative Assistance experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment operation
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
* Previous experience in a financial services environment is a plus
* Must be good at maths
