Job Description:
As Senior Sales Partnerships Manager, you will work with 1P and 3P content partners to build turnkey, proactive branded content opportunities for Amazon ad sales to engage customers and drive sales revenue across Europe. The aim is to establish a best-in-class playbook of premium branded content opportunities on Twitch that build viewer and brand engagement across Gaming, Sport, Music, and Entertainment. You have a passion for synthesizing complex partnerships into simplified sales narratives that clearly communicate Twitch’s value to advertisers.
Key job responsibilities:
1. Work with 1P and 3P partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders in the development and implementation of new branded content opportunities.
2. Manage existing partners and the ongoing commercial relationships.
3. Project manage the sales process from concept to sell-through of content programs.
4. Build and maintain relationships with sales teams and co-pitch solutions as appropriate.
5. Manage the sales pipeline for partnership programs and internal mechanisms for tracking progress and performance.
6. Collaborate with BPS and marketing to develop concise and powerful sales materials (presentations, media plans, newsletters).
7. Sales Training: partner with Product sales specialists to develop and implement training sessions for key releases of materials and sales decks.
8. Become a subject matter expert on Twitch and Amazon media products, as well as the sponsorship ecosystem to ensure consistency in advertiser pricing and communications.
About the team:
In addition to working with 1P and 3P partners to develop and implement premium branded content opportunities on Twitch, the team is also responsible for driving revenue through the sale of sponsorship opportunities across Prime Video programming. Sponsorship opportunities span multiple genres – Entertainment, Live Sports, and Music. The partnership manager will be a crucial part of the team, collaborating on opportunities to extend Prime Video Sponsorship with extension programming across Twitch.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Significant video or digital media planning experience.
2. Experience building client and agency relationships.
3. Experience closing sales and revenue generation.
4. Experience working cross-functionally.
5. Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Significant media advertising experience.
2. Experience in executive-level engagement with C-Suite.
