Location: Belfast Royal Academy We are the leading foodservice and hospitality provider across are looking for a Cleaning Manager to join our talented team on a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday. As a Cleaning Manager, you will ensure all work is presented to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant environment. You will work with the onsite team and other leaders across our business to enhance the customer experience by effectively managing the cleaning team over a 24/7 basis, equipment, resources and third-party suppliers ensuring the cleaning/FM operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company standards & procedures. Key Responsibilities: To manage the cleaning labour, equipment & resources budget for the contract in line with company targets To order supplies inline with budget for daily/ weekly/ monthly use. To ensure the delivery and quality of the cleaning operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company procedures. To work flexibly and attend off site meetings and training courses as required. Essential Criteria: Experience with cleaning management Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and engage teams Ability to liaise with colleagues, customers and clients at all levels Quality and process driven with particular focus on delivering results Compliant with Company policies and procedures in line with client agreements IT Literate (MS Office, Email) Compass Group reserves the right to enhance the criteria, if necessary, for the purposes of shortlisting.
