Role Overview: As a Property Maintenance Administrator, you will provide essential support to our Property Coordinators, helping to ensure the smooth running of our maintenance services. Key Responsibilities: Raising maintenance tasks in our systems and ensuring accurate records. Chasing paperwork from engineers, contractors, and clients to maintain compliance. Answering incoming calls and directing queries to the appropriate teams. Assisting Property Coordinators with administrative tasks to support efficient service delivery. Communicating with retail and residential clients to provide updates and resolutions. About You: Organized, proactive, and eager to learn. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable handling phone calls and providing excellent customer service. Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
