Your role: The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing an optimisation strategy to promote the brand and generate leads through organic traffic. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable prior experience in a similar role, with the skills and confidence to engage with the wider teams to show and demonstrate what can be achieved when best practices are implemented across all channels to achieve a sustained increase in site traffic, conversion rates and an improved user experience. Your job: Create and implement a global SEO strategy that aligns with the business goals Drive improved SEO performance through content audits and SEO gap analysis across all channels Ensure all copy received from the product marketing and content teams is optimized to boost visibility Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels to improve rankings. Measure and analyze web performance and visitor behaviour, making improvements where necessary to boost organic website traffic and performance Perform technical SEO audits to identify issues and enhance visibility of the site in major search engines Keep up to date with industry developments, including algorithm updates and reputable/reliable SEO industry best practice Develop, implement, and deliver sustainable SEO campaigns to meet business targets including increased/sustained rankings and traffic volume targets Work with the website manager and development team to ensure that all sites are technically optimized to drive rankings and organic visits Use Google analytics, SEMrush, LookerStudio tools or similar to spot trends, issues and opportunities Working closely with the wider team to ensure SEO is aligned with all digital channels to ensure optimum results Conduct extensive keyword research using market leading tools such as Google Adwords, SEMrush etc. About you: 3 years of SEO experience in a B2B business Deep knowledge of the core principles of SEO Experience delivering SEO campaigns Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, LookerStudio, Search Console and SEMrush or similar tools Outstanding project management and stakeholder communication skills Strong reporting and analytical skills Enjoy working effectively in a team or independently Experience with optimising key terms across other digital channels e.g. YouTube, LinkedIn is desirable What you can expect: At Global Relay, there’s no ceiling to what you can achieve.
