Job Opportunity: Commissioning Systems Administrator Position: Contract Location: Bridgwater Duration: Until 31/12/2025 (Rolling 12-month extensions thereafter) Day Rate: £150 - £170 per day (PAYE) Role Overview We are seeking a Commissioning Systems Administrator to support system administration within the Cross Functional Delivery Team. Reporting to the Commissioning Manager or the Information and Data Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing commissioning IT systems and ensuring seamless end-to-end commissioning processes for HPC. Key Responsibilities As a Commissioning Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and effective administration of commissioning processes. Your key duties will include: Performing administrative tasks within commissioning IT systems. Engaging with stakeholders across the HPC project to support commissioning activities. Supporting commissioning processes, including: Issue management Configuration control Verification and acceptance of test results Tracking commissioning processes from initiation to completion using IT tools. Monitoring and managing data correction and cleansing activities. Providing guidance on the use of IT tools within commissioning workflows. Developing and maintaining user guides and training materials for IT tools. Generating data reports to assist project teams in meeting key milestones. Creating system user accounts and role profiles, as well as providing necessary training. Supporting and participating in meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Experience in administrative roles within large-scale projects, ideally in commissioning or engineering environments. Familiarity with commissioning processes and associated requirements. Strong IT skills and the ability to work with project management and data tracking tools. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills to engage with various project stakeholders.
