With a school population of just 20 students, we focus on providing tailored, one-to-one support to help each child overcome obstacles and achieve their potential.
The Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Key Stage 4 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role involves working closely with individual students, supporting their learning and personal development, and creating a positive atmosphere that encourages academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one support to Key Stage 4 students, assisting them in a variety of subjects.
Help implement personalized learning plans, adapting support strategies to meet individual needs.
Build trusting relationships with students, fostering a safe and encouraging learning environment.
Assist with classroom activities and provide additional support during lessons as needed.
Monitor and report on student progress, contributing to their academic and personal goals.
Collaborate with teachers, colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
Handle sensitive situations with professionalism, patience, and care.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
