Workshop Administrator
Our client is looking to recruit a Workshop Administrator who will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the workshop, ensuring smooth operations by managing documentation, records, procurement, and communication between workshop staff and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration Support:
1. Maintain and update workshop records, including job cards, service schedules, and equipment maintenance logs.
2. Ensure all paperwork related to repairs, inspections, and compliance is accurately completed and filed.
Work Scheduling & Coordination:
1. Assist the Workshop Manager/Foreman in scheduling maintenance and repair work.
2. Coordinate between workshop staff, drivers/operators, and external service providers.
3. Ensure work orders and job cards are correctly assigned and closed upon completion.
Health & Safety Compliance:
1. Maintain records of safety inspections, training, and compliance reports.
Communication & Reporting:
1. Act as the point of contact for internal and external workshop queries.
2. Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Key Skills:
1. Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM processing.
2. Verbal and written communication skills.
3. Internal and external customer service experience.
