Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
1. Overseeing 24 care staff, an administrator, and a care coordinator
2. Ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and service improvement
3. Managing a service delivering 500 care hours per week
4. Supporting a staff-focused culture with strong teamwork
5. Driving business development and maintaining an excellent client track record
Registered Manager Requirements:
1. Proven experience in community care
2. Strong leadership and compliance skills
3. Ability to engage and motivate staff while ensuring high-quality care delivery
