Lead the delivery of locality services in line with the Trust’s strategic direction, ensuring the delivery of high value, patient centred, responsive and efficient patient care
Work with designated operational contacts for local service providers ensuring effective communication and partnership working.
Support Head of PHN in the delivery of locality based services, ensuring an integrated approach with specialist services, focused on meeting the needs of a designated community of children and their family/carers
Ensure locality services are delivered in a highly professional and clinically safe manner, in conjunction with the business support team and in accordance with local and national policies and procedures, including compliance with Care Quality Commission standards. Provide management and leadership to staff within areas of responsibility, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Responsibility for ensuring capacity and demand management across service areas to meet activity and waiting time directives, in line with the wider locality performance plan.
Responsible for ensuring outcome measures are developed and implemented within areas of service responsibility.
Work collaboratively with other managers for preparation of the Business Unit’s Annual Plan and be responsible for ensuring aspects relating to areas of service responsibility are delivered.
Responsible for the delegated budget and resource management in line with standing financial instructions
