They are growing at a rapid rate, with an impressive turnover last year. Due to growth, they have expanded their network in the Berkshire region and are looking to recruit a Regional Sales
Manager to join their team and look after the Reading area.
Their employees are at the heart of everything they do and currently employ over 200 people across hire, sales, transport, accounting, manufacturing, maintenance and operational teams. With an ambitious growth plan to double the current turnover within the next three years, there’s never been a more exciting time to join them!
As the new Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the existing territory of business and establishing new clients through managing the sales of company’s products and services.
You will be reporting into the Head of Southern Sales, this role will have overall responsibility for a your territory.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to deliver year on year growth.
* Identify, engage, plan and develop new accounts for your region.
* Coordinate client relationship opportunities.
* Developing a select portfolio of clients, who buy and hire equipment.
* To increase customer awareness of the products and related services.
* To support the development of key accounts
* Provide feedback to Marketing and Line Management details on;
* Competitor activity
* Client activity
* New sites
* Our challenges and potential new opportunities (clients and product development)
