Key Responsibilities
* Drive learning and development initiatives to support team growth.
* Lead performance reviews and engagement strategies.
* Partner with the business to manage employee relations (ER) matters effectively.
* Proactively suggest and develop new HR procedures to enhance efficiency and alignment with the brand’s vision.
* Deliver training sessions to line managers as required.
* Oversee all employee relations (ER) matters, including absence management, disciplinary processes, grievances, and sickness.
* Monitor employee satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
* Lead performance management and learning and development initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing HR initiatives, ideally in a high-performing or luxury brand environment.
* Strong expertise in employee relations, learning and development, and performance management.
* Proven ability to align HR practices with the vision and values of a premium brand.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
