My client is looking for a strong, resilient individual to work as a customer service controller at their office in Ipswich.
You will working with engineers out on customer sites as well as providing excellent customer service to clients. With one of the largest independent fleet of vans nationwide, it is very busy and you will need to ensure all work is done in time for the engineers as well as extensive customer contact.
We are looking for a passionate individual who is looking to strive and progress in a business that is constantly growing. Someone who can deliver excellent customer service and who is pro-active, reliable, hard-working and organised.
