ICN NT is a local business dedicated to supporting industry growth by connecting local businesses with major projects across the Northern Territory. We work across a variety of sectors, including Government, Defence, Construction, Oil & Gas, Mining, and Renewables.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Executive Support - manage emails, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO and GM, ensuring seamless coordination.
2. Reception & Office Management - oversee full reception duties, including answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, handling enquiries, and managing office administration, company inboxes, and mail.
3. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement - act as the first point of contact for external enquiries, providing excellent customer service and assisting with stakeholder interactions.
4. Finance & Compliance Support - assist with expenses, financial record-keeping in Xero, credit card reconciliations, and ensuring workplace health & safety compliance.
5. Culture & Team Support - foster a positive workplace environment, organise team-building activities, and support staff when needed.
