We’re on the hunt for Residential Support Workers to join their teams of superheroes, helping vulnerable young people lead positive, meaningful lives as they approach adulthood. The Role: Dynamic Duties: Safeguard children from harm, neglect, abuse, or exploitation., Respond to childcare concerns with the urgency of a caffeine-fuelled squirrel., Maintain the home as if it were the Queen’s palace—clean, tidy, and regal, Collaborate effectively with social workers, parents/guardians, and other professional agencies. Location Specifics: Homes range from cozy 3-bed abodes to bustling 8-bed quarters. Working across both day and night shifts.On a rota system. The Ideal Candidate: Must-Haves: UK driving licence and ability to commute reliably. Strong safeguarding knowledge. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (we offer training if you're almost there). Experience working with children, particularly those who’ve had challenging pasts. Nice-to-Haves: Multilingual skills—perfect for international diplomacy or ordering takeout. An ability to dance—strictly optional but always fun. Personality Traits: Infectiously cheerful. Passionate about helping young people achieve their potential.
