What We’re Looking For
We need enthusiastic problem-solvers who are comfortable working with VR headsets, XR software, and interactive installations. This role is perfect for someone with a computer science background, experience working with hardware and software setups, or a passion for immersive technology and hands-on troubleshooting.
Your Responsibilities
1. Setting up, calibrating, and troubleshooting XR equipment – Ensuring smooth operation of VR headsets, sensors, and interactive systems.
2. Assisting guests with XR experiences – Guiding users through the technology and helping them navigate immersive environments.
3. Monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues – Quickly identifying and fixing glitches to keep experiences seamless.
4. Enhancing user experience – Providing technical support while ensuring guests are fully engaged in the adventure.
5. Maintaining hardware and software – Performing regular checks to keep all equipment in peak condition.
6. Collaborating with the team – Working closely with creatives, storytellers, and customer-facing staff to deliver a flawless experience.
Duration: 3-month contract (with potential for extension)
Working Hours: Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
What You Bring
1. Tech-Savvy – Comfortable working with VR headsets, tracking systems, and interactive experiences.
2. Hands-On & Detail-Oriented – You enjoy working with hardware, troubleshooting issues, and keeping systems running smoothly.
3. Quick Problem-Solver – You can diagnose technical problems on the spot and take action.
4. Customer-Friendly – You know how to explain technology in a simple way and help guests feel comfortable using XR equipment.
5. Proactive & Adaptable – You take initiative and stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Background in Computer Science or Tech Enthusiast – While not required, experience with VR, AR, game engines (Unity/Unreal), or interactive installations is a plus.
7. Multilingual Preferred – Knowledge of Chinese is a plus for assisting international guests.
