Senior Quality Advisor role:
As a Senior Advisor, you will assist the SHEQ team to deliver effective SHEQ performance across the framework, ensuring our processes and finished products meet our high Quality standards, whilst also supporting our Digital Delivery team in transposing IMS into the digitized environment (Autodesk tools).
You will split your time between home working (2 days/week) and our various site and office locations around the Thames Water region (3 days/week).

Reporting into the Regional SHEQ Manager, your responsibilities will be:
9. Development of a framework integrated management system to cover all aspects of the business.
10. Lead the Quality performance to achieve agreed standards (KPIs) and provide incisive SHEQ monthly Management Information to deliver effective performance.
11. Oversee the collection, input, and validation of monthly SHEQ data into the SHEQ Reporting system.
12. Oversee the submission of monthly client data reports.
13. Develop and deliver a continuous improvement programme for Quality performance, advising action and recommendations for changes within the Framework.
14. Embed understanding of Quality, its benefits, and the requirements on the company in this respect.
15. Provide support on quality issues to all areas of the framework including construction delivery, proposals, procurement, business services and design.
16. Manage the resolution of findings and corrective actions.
17. Liaison with the client’s construction delivery teams to oversee the close out of defects and non-conformances.
18. Providing training (or ensuring a suitable programme is developed and delivered) on quality issues and business processes.
About The Candidate:
Skills/Experience
19. Ideally degree (or equivalent) qualified in engineering, quality, technology or technical field. However are also open to applications from those qualified vocationally or by experience.
20. Approved Internal or Lead Quality auditor (ISO 9001) course from an IRCA/CQI accredited company
21. Conversant in Quality legislation
22. Computer Literate – Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, SharePoint, etc
23. Applicants must have a driving licence and be willing to travel within region
