Hybrid Role
Working in a very friendly office with plenty of free parking, duties will be varied and include:
First point of contact for all clients & suppliers both on the phone and via email
Provide key Administrative Support
Databases and File Systems
Assist other members of the team and your line manager and directors when required
Price up and send out incoming enquiries and job work
Chasing quotations via telephone
Assist with new tenders (with provided training)
Managing Client Databases
Working on internal CRM system
Dealing with telephone queries from customers
Assisting with incoming sales orders
Creating new sales opportunities with support of colleagues, for growth of the business.
Taking phone calls from customers.
