This role has an immediate start and duties will include Handling incoming calls to the office and distributing to the appropriate person or Recruitment Team Handling Visitors to the office and dealing with in a professional manner Providing Admin support to Belfast based payroll team Providing Admin support to Recruitment Teams Handling Staff on Weekly office based Training programmes We are seeking applicants with Reception experience in a professional office environment. Strong word processing skills and the ability to work as part of a busy team. Hours are 8.45 am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
