You’ll be responsible for the quality control of high precision aerospace components, made from some of the most exotic materials found anywhere in the world.
These small volume mechanisms are designed to survive and operate in extremely hostile environmental conditions, so they’ve got to be just perfect. No exceptions.
You’ll be using advanced CMM tools, laser-based measuring and inspection equipment, and working from exceptionally tight tolerance specifications.
There is a choice of shifts: either 8am-4.45pm or a rotating double day pattern of earlies in week 1 followed by lates in week 2. If you choose to work double days, the shift pay goes up by 22%!
You need to have a background in mechanical inspection, preferably in a tight tolerance environment such as aerospace, oil & gas, automotive, or medical devices.
