Location: North West England, Lancashire, Chorley
Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours
Salary: £150 - £200 Per day
Responsibilities:
* Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom
* Assist the teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons for students with SEN
* Help students with SEN to develop their academic and social skills
* Support students in accessing the curriculum and learning materials
* Monitor and record the progress of students with SEN
Minimum Requirements:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
* Good understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a similar role
* Knowledge of SEN best practices and approaches
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Level 3 or higher Teaching Assistant qualification

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
