Our Tamworth based client, immediately requires an Contract / Customer Support Coordinator. Possible permanent positions following a successful trial period. Duties include inputting of bookings from customers. Customer liaison. Partner liaison. Key account management. Dealing with queries and complaints. Dealing with internal departments to resolve customer issues. Ensuring customers’ needs are met. Client retention. KPI production. Customer Service facilitation tasks
Our client offers:

Skills and qualifications:
5. Previous Customer Service experience coupled with knowledge of the Transport Industry would be advantageous
6. Be Customer focused with dedication in your service delivery to meet Customer needs.
7. Possess the ability to maintain positivity when working under pressure reprioritising workload where necessary.
8. Be reliable with the ability to multitask and have strong problem-solving skills.
9. Have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy.
10. Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly as required i.e. Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
11. Excellent communication skills both verbal/written with a polite, courteous, and professional telephone manner.
