They are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Planner to support their planning team and develop into a key contributor in project lifecycle planning and programme management. Key Responsibilities Support Senior Planners in developing detailed and logical project programmes. Assist with planning works across all lifecycle phases — from tender through to project completion. Collaborate with site and project teams to understand timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. Contribute to the monitoring and updating of project schedules, identifying risks and opportunities. Help prepare planning documentation and reports for internal and client-facing purposes. Develop your technical knowledge and planning capabilities through structured training and on-the-job learning. Requirements A keen interest in construction planning and project management. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Good IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to planning software (e.g. Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6) is a bonus but not essential. Relevant academic background (e.g. Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline) – HNC/Degree preferred but not essential. A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow. A full UK driving licence is desirable. Why Join?
