Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in various trades, enabling them to undertake a variety of tasks across different projects. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Tradesman will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.
Duties
* Fabricate and assemble components as required for various projects.
* Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
* Perform plumbing tasks, including installation and repairs of piping systems.
* Carry out masonry work, including bricklaying and blockwork.
* Assist with roofing tasks, ensuring proper installation and maintenance.
* Weld metal components as needed for structural integrity.
* Undertake painting duties to enhance the aesthetic appeal of structures.
* Conduct basic electrical work, including installations and repairs.
* Collaborate with carpenters on woodwork projects, ensuring precision in measurements and cuts.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Experience
Candidates should have proven experience in multiple trades, with specific skills in but not all required.
* Fabrication techniques and practices.
* Proficient use of power tools such as drills, saws, and grinders.
* Plumbing systems installation and maintenance knowledge.
* Masonry skills including bricklaying and stonework.
* Roofing techniques for various materials.
* Welding processes for metalwork applications.
* Painting techniques for both interior and exterior surfaces.
* Basic electrical knowledge for installations or repairs.
* Carpentry skills with an understanding of wood construction methods.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
