Job Title: Interim AMHP Team Manager – Social Care
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Duration: 3-4 months (interim)
Working Hours: Monday – Fridays, normal working hours
Key Responsibilities:
* Quality assure and monitor expenditure as required by the business unit.
* Manage/supervise up to 10 AMHPs.
* Contribute to the maintenance, development and improvement of the AMHP service.
* Provide advice, support and expertise to colleagues within the business unit.
* Maintain essential records in accordance with the policies of the businesses unit.
* Undertake statutory duties as required for the work of the service group.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Professional qualifications: Degree in social work, CSS CQSW, Dip SW.
* Social Work England Registration.
* AMHP Qualification.
* Minimum 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context.
* Significant experience of working within an adult setting.
Estimated Salary: £25.80 per hour PAYE
