As a Contracts Manager, you will serve as the primary client contact and hold overall administrative responsibility for all projects. This role provides flexible working option. You will be responsible for: Develop and monitor site-specific work programmes, addressing any variations. Coordinate labour allocation, materials, and sub-contractor orders. Oversee risk assessments, RAMS, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies. Manage on-site staff, sub-contractors, and conduct mandatory site inspections. Maintain financial control, assist with interim claims, and compile data for review meetings. What we are looking for: Ideally have 10 years of experience in contracts management. Familiarity with Health & Safety legislation and practices. Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
