Randstad Construction & Property are working with a global Facilities Management company who are seeking an experienced, time served Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance in Edinburgh.
Location: Edinburgh
Salary : Up to £3900
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Static

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide mobile mechanical maintenance services to clients throughout Edinburgh
* Conduct planned preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, including plumbing
* Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform necessary repairs
* Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and procedures
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
* Communicate effectively with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
* Relevant mechanical qualifications (City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating or Mechanical Engineering)
* Proven experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems, including plumbing
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Full UK driving licence
