The Role
* Provide specialised support though targeted assistance with SEN, adapting learning materials and strategies to meet their individual needs.
* Track and monitor the progress of students, offering feedback to teachers, to ensure they are reaching key development milestones.
* Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment, offering emotional support and guidance for students.
* Develop strong lines of communication with teachers, parents, and professionals involved in each students education, ensuring a holistic approach to their development.
Requirements
* Relevant work experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, particularly with secondary age pupils.
* Strong empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students develop and succeed.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively within a team, adapting to meet the unique needs of every student.
