Your new companyA not-for-profit organisation with flexible working policies including hybrid working arrangements based in the North Kent area. 1 day a week in the office in Maidstone (Tuesdays) plus any extra occasional meetings as required.Your new roleYou will have a number of key focusses in this role:
* Develop and manage quality assurance frameworks to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with internal and external standards.
* Undertake audits to assess adherence to policies and procedures.
* Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying any gaps or weaknesses and recommending corrective actions.
* Partner with key stakeholders to align quality assurance frameworks with KPI's and strategic goals.
* Support the sharing and analysis of data related to audits, controls, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment between compliance findings and strategic performance objectives.
* Supports the DPO in relation to assurance of GDPR and other data-related compliance.
* Collaborate to identify and prioritise process improvement initiatives that drive better organisational performance.
* Support the preparation and analysis of reports related to governance and compliance metrics, providing insights to key stakeholders.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on assurance and controls matters.
